Whether you have seen a chiropractor in the past or are new to chiropractic, your team at Owens Chiropractic is dedicated to helping you improve your health and wellbeing.
Your Visit
Your first appointment will be 50 minutes. Your chiropractor, Dr. Adrienne Owens, will complete your new patient evaluation then give you a chiropractic adjustment. After your first visit, your adjustment appointments will be 10 - 20 minutes.
Patient Forms
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time to complete your forms, or download your forms here, complete them at your convenience, then bring them to your first appointment.
Insurance
We are in-network for most medical insurance plans. If you want us to bill your insurance for your chiropractic treatment, please bring your ID to your first appointment.

If you want to clarify your insurance benefits, whether we are in-network for your plan, your deductible, and co-pay, please call your insurance company or call us at (253) 831-4637 a few days before your first appointment.
Payment
We accept cash, personal checks, and credit cards and welcome patients with and without medical insurance. Payment is due at the time of service. If we bill your insurance, your insurance co-pay is due when you come in to see the chiropractor.
If you don't have insurance coverage for chiropractic treatment, ask us about our cash payment rates.
